ClearMirror is a paid tool that reads a WhatsApp chat export and writes a report about the relationship it describes. The report is an AI-generated read of patterns — not medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Use it as a reflection tool, not a verdict.

You must be at least 16 years old (or 18 where required by your country). You may only analyze conversations you were a participant in — you will confirm this before every analysis runs.

• You confirm that you were a participant in each conversation you upload and that you have the right to analyze it.
• You’re responsible for how you use the report. If you share it with the other person, share it respectfully.
• Don’t upload chats you obtained without permission (e.g. from someone else’s phone). That’s a violation of these terms and almost certainly of the law.

• We analyze your chat once and delete the source within seconds of completion.
• We don’t train AI models on your data.
• We store only the generated report (in your account, if signed in), your tracker progress, your account basics, and payment records — detailed in our Privacy page.
• We give you a dashboard and a Settings page to delete any of the above anytime.

ClearMirror is a one-time purchase per report at the price shown on the upload page. If the report misses the mark, reply to your receipt within 7 days for a refund — no forms, no friction.

The report is one careful read of one conversation. It is not a diagnosis, not therapy, not legal advice, not a prediction of the future. If the report surfaces safety concerns, please talk to a professional — a couples therapist, a helpline, or a trusted friend. We include helpline links in the report when appropriate.

We provide the service as-is. We’re not liable for decisions you make as a result of reading a report, beyond the refund of what you paid us. If something important is on the line, don’t outsource the decision to a tool — talk to a real person.

If we change what we collect, what we do with data, or anything else material, we bump a consent version and ask you to review on your next visit.
